Eric Mattinson, RFC®

Partner

Eric Mattinson co-founded Twin City Private Wealth with the vision of providing excellence in the way we serve our clients. Eric has always had a passion for serving others. As a young teenager, he had the opportunity to serve in his local church and be involved in several international mission trips, which fueled his desire to be a servant leader in all aspects of life. Eric’s compassion for others and his ability to communicate complex financial information in everyday language is one of his greatest strengths. If you work with Eric, he will come alongside you to develop a retirement plan that you can not only understand but feel comfortable with as he will continue to walk with you through the journey of retirement. Coaching families to make wise financial decisions is one of Eric’s most important commitments to his clients.

Eric graduated with a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Piedmont Baptist College in Winston Salem, NC, and received his M.A. in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. He began his career in retirement planning in 2007 when he started with Wachovia Bank. He quickly learned the value of working for an independent firm that could serve his clients on a fiduciary basis and provide holistic retirement planning services.

He met his beautiful wife Megan while attending Piedmont Baptist College in Winston Salem and they have 4 beautiful children that they homeschool in Kernersville NC. Eric enjoys spending time with his family, watching Ohio State Football, and playing basketball, tennis, and golf.

Eric’s favorite verse is Romans 8:28 – And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.
